Some people theorize that anniversary loot boxes will contain old BP skins, this can easily be debunked by the fact that the China anniversary event has everything included in the global events (such as the 15 anniversary loot boxes and skin recolors) but also Battle Passes 1 trough 14. Very unlikely they would propose redundancy offers like this (for example they give you 2 free legendary loot boxes if you already have one of the 10 free mythic skins)
