I'm unsure exactly what his leg ring info means?
It's orange and on his right leg and says

I assumed the p16 was maybe the year he was born and AZ maybe Arizona? And some of the numbers perhaps the breeder ID?
If anyone could shed any light on this, I'd really appreciate it 🥰 picture for cuteness ❤️
