I am observing an attempt to relitigate Leo Frank's case, which I find disturbing. My own limited knowledge of Frank's case admittedly comes from Jason Robert Brown's "Parade," Wikipedia, and the text of Jim Conley's testimony. There are three specific points I am wondering about.
It is my understanding that the consensus is that Frank was innocent. Is that the case?
It is also my understanding that there is a general consensus that Jim Conley likely killed Mary Phagan. Is that the case?
Finally, I have encountered claims online (which I do not place much stock in) that Frank was later proven to be a serial abuser and sexual harasser. Is there veracity to these claims?
