I’m currently exploring Staff/Principal-level Software Engineering opportunities and wanted to get a sense of which companies are actively hiring right now.

I recently got my green card, so I do not need visa sponsorship (no H1B transfer or future sponsorship needed). I’m hoping that broadens the pool a bit, especially in the current market.

Would love to hear:

• Companies that are actively hiring at Staff/Principal level with Teams/orgs that are still growing
• Any places where hiring has picked up recently
• Good experiences with interview processes or hiring timelines

Background:

• 13 YOE
• Distributed systems / infrastructure / large-scale systems
• Tech lead + cross-functional leadership experience

Open to both big tech and strong mid-size/product companies.
