I’m still in step 5 but everyone is saying it with the rewards team is this normal ? The supervisor was like if it was denied it wouldn’t be with them and I was like okay but I thought in step 5 it still deciding she said it’s different with HLR DTA bc they have to go back and fix original decision to new one ? Idk ever heard of this

Like truly what is the point of their Q&A team taking weeks to review just to miss stuff like this ?!

Lil back story I had to wait almost a month to get scheduled but on April 27th I finally did and they sent it to the Va yesterday then I call and boom back to Ves ! Then they told me sometimes the Va request a rework for stuff they already have so we will see
