I used to live at Metro 9 in East Somerville and loved it, except for the location basically in the Shaw’s parking lot. We then moved to a more affordable place in Medford to have a yard and more peace, but our downstairs neighbors are very dirty people - it smells like cigarettes and old dirty shoes, our fence is falling apart and the landlord won’t fix or update anything - so we are craving a full service/newer building again.

Ive been doing a lot of research on Winchester Sanctuary, Woburn The point, Melrose, etc and all buildings have the worst google reviews from previous tenants.

Does anyone have any recs on a decent building that’s dog friendly and not $3500 with decent management?
