I am looking for a breakfast similar to what I ate before being vegan (plain Greek yogurt with berries and granola). It ended up being about 25g of protein and less than 500 calories. Any ideas for something similar, ideally a “bowl” I could meal prep for the week? I’m in Canada and plain plant based protein yogurts are hard to find and very expensive so I am looking for something else. Thanks in advance!
Edit: I am also celiac so it has to be gluten free.
