I am on monthly Zoladex for ER+ BC and find that after my injection I get horrid mood crashes and then, toward the end of the month I start to feel 'normal' again. It is all a bit of a rollercoaster and a little cruel as that last week before the next jab is a reminder of how I used to feel before the BC hit.

Anyway, any advice? Any luck with supportive meds like anti-depressants/ mood enhancers or any supplements.

Ultimately I would like my ovaries removed as surely a level to work with must be better than a rollercoaster? I'm 43 with no plans for future children.
