I closed the door last night and somehow when I went to open the door this morning it’s locked. Might be jammed not sure??

I’ve got a bunch of the door knobs that haven’t been installed but none of the keys work (maybe stupud but thought worth a try!) I’ve also found this flat thing which I googled as I thought it could be an emergency key but doesn’t do anything. The set of keys that open the door are locked inside the room unfortunately! Any help would be hugely appreciated!!! Thank you !
