BCBAs/RBTs in Boston & Chicago
Hi- BCBA here and owner of 2 ABA locations: one in NV and the other in CO.
We are planning to expand to the east coast this fall. Originally, we were looking into NC but with all the recent changes and restrictions, we are looking into other options.
For those of you in Boston, what do your pay rates look like? And do you feel the pay allows you to live a decent lifestyle? The cost of living there seems higher than the other states we operate in and for us it’s important we pay our staff well so they can enjoy their time outside of work.
Those of you in Chicago- do you feel safe going into homes ? The crime rate is higher here than majority of other states and we want to ensure our staff are safe.
Any other thoughts you’d be willing to share about either state would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
