Hi everyone,

I just received a job offer for a Patient Care Advocate role with Centene and I’m trying to get a better idea of what the job is actually like before I accept.

For anyone who’s worked in this role (or something similar at Centene): • Is it very metric-heavy? • Do they micromanage a lot? • Is it more like a call center (constant outbound calls), or more care coordination/case management? • How’s the workload and work-life balance?

The position is based in California if that makes a difference.

I’d really appreciate any honest insight—good or bad. Thanks!
