So I've been wearing a partial denture for like a year and a half now and I'm wondering if it's better to continue using polident (denture adhesive) with my partial denture or not. Since I've been using it for a year now, I have gotten used to wearing denture without polident but it is suggested to use polident even though you are used to it than using none. And also I still don't know whether to sleep with my partial denture or not. My partial denture sits at the top of my teeth, the two central incisors and the right lateral incisor.
