I applied for the Bilt Palladium card on 05/02, and I still haven’t heard back yet. The application is currently under manual review. I’ve contacted support by both phone and email, but I haven’t received any response or follow-up so far.

I have several expenses coming up this week, and I was hoping to use the new card toward the sign-up bonus. I’m not demanding approval for the card, but I would appreciate a timely update so I can make other arrangements or apply for a different card if necessary.
