I don’t know what is up with the support at Bilt but just like many others, I just went to update my phone number on the app and I was greeted with the “Something went wrong”. Then I tried to chat up with them and was routed to email thread on which the only response I ever get is that the update needs attention of a special team. It’s been 7 days now.

In this day and age, an organization taking 7 days to update a phone number is just not acceptable. Others have reported waiting for months for a phone number update. How is this acceptable Bilt?
