Context:

18, Looking to hold on a long Horizon. with around 4k-7k range (initial lump sum investment)

I am US-UK Dual citizenship so ISA with US individual stocks is one of my best options as I can have a Stocks & Shares ISA without PFIC. Full UK tax-free protection and for US Taxes Income is taxed at ordinary or capital gains rates. Trade-off: no instant diversification of ETFs. My brokerage account is under IBKR due to my citizenship.

I also haven't invested anything yet so let me know what you guys think, if this is the way to go! Im also planning on expanding/diversifying more when I get older so this is kind of just a start for me.
