why is it that if you hear a sound irl while sleeping it puts that sound in the dream. one time I was dreaming about something when my mom was waking me up the sun turned into my mother's face but yellow and started screaming at me to wake up
When I was around 9 or 11 I couldn't sleep alone I remember always waking up at 1am every night and not being able to sleep and I always had nightmares but two were recurring, one where I was crossing the road and I fell in the middle of the road and I couldn't get up because my legs felt weak, and one where the I was running in slow motion while the world was ending and it was like I was in a black and white movie and everything silent
