I bought 2x8 used second hand rams as noticed at the headline. And i din't play many hours but yesterday i was off and decided to play cs when i was try to the play game immediatly crashed out and i started the windows memory diagnostic. I tested them dual and single and one of them didn't passed the test i paid thoose rams my last money and it's too hard to build a pc on my country. I need to your help guys i don't have any proof of purchase but my rams are the original products. They are not dual kit if the Kingston customer service approve the rma i can send to the ram with delivery but i don't know are they allowing without purchase proof. Can you inform me about it guys i really f.ed up rn.
