This may be a stretch, but I will be based in Glasgow Scotland for the full summer and am trying to line up a reliable road bike for training while I’m there.
I’m a sponsored triathlete preparing for the Ironman 70.3 World Championships in France, so I’ll be training at a fairly high volume and need something dependable. Ideally looking to rent or borrow a road bike for a few months. Anything in the 51–54 cm range would work.
I’ve reached out to a few shops already, but wanted to ask here in case anyone across Scotland knows of:
- shops that offer longer-term rentals or demo bikes
- clubs or local cycling groups that might have leads
Also, if anyone personally has a bike they’d be open to renting out for the summer, I’d really appreciate it. I’d take great care of it and can bring my own pedals and gear.
