I’m currently increasing my lamotrigine dose (250mg up to 300mg), and I’ve been so tired. I mean, I’m always tired, but definitely worse since I started increasing the dose last week. Has anyone found anything that helps this?

I’m getting enough sleep, I’d say a little more than usual, but just so tired all the time.
