Hi everyone!

The CPASS Foundation is currently hiring for a variety of paid summer positions for our 2026 CPASS STEMM Scholars Academy, a five-week residential program that provides high school students from across Illinois with immersive experiences in science, technology, engineering, math, and medicine (STEMM).

We are seeking passionate undergraduate students, graduate students, recent alumni, educators, and STEMM professionals who want to spend their summer making a meaningful impact.

🏡 Residential Roles (Live-In)

Residential Coordinators (10 Positions Available)

This live-in role includes:

• Competitive stipend of $4,700
• Room and board provided at Lewis University and/or Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT)
• Opportunity to mentor high school Scholars from across Illinois
• Hands-on leadership and student development experience
• A chance to help create a transformative summer experience

Program Dates: July 4 – August 8, 2026

📚 Academic Roles

We are also hiring for instructional positions, including:

• Digital Literacy Instructors (1–2)
• English Language Arts Instructors (1–2)
• Intro to Programming Instructor (1)
• College Prep Instructors (1–2)
• Teaching Assistants
  • STEMM Teaching Assistant (1)
  • Humanities Teaching Assistants (2)

Depending on qualifications and scheduling, candidates may be eligible to serve in more than one role.

🎓 Ideal Candidates

We would especially love to hear from:

• University of Chicago undergraduate students, graduate students, and recent alumni
• Students studying biology, chemistry, physics, computer science, engineering, mathematics, education, psychology, social work, or related fields
• Pre-med and pre-health students
• Individuals passionate about mentoring youth and expanding access to STEMM opportunities
