I am looking for a "high end" pc that is around what the title says, I'm completely new to building my own pc so that price estimate is what I assume (and hope desperately) is a price that will get me a decent pc. I play mainly on my steam deck and prebuilt from before 2020. Despite that, the games I play are elden ring and other AAA titles and I would like to hit 60fps or more for once without making the game look like a potato while still getting 30fps max.

The reason that I came here to ask is in the hope that someone will be able to guide me to a custom build to copy, or give me some part ideas for the pc that is specific for my particular case.

The pc I need help with needs to be a small size while not sacrificing thermals, since shortly after getting my new pc I need to travel to the other side of the planet(13+ hour flight) and live there for 4~5years, meaning I have lots of luggage by default. Buying parts after my travel is a no-go because of the exchange rate, and neither are major upgrades for the same reason. I've never travelled with a pc before but I assume sending my newly built baby by package overseas is not a good idea.

I know this preamble is long so thankyou soso much for reading, if any of you could provide information regarding parts or a build that would be amazing.

Here are some youtube videos of builds that gave me the idea(or hope) that I could even bring a powerful and long lasting device with me.

Note. I think the smaller the pc the more IMPOSSIBLE it is for a complete beginner to build. The more I think the more I realize how out if my depth I am in this. I will try anyway, and I will do everything in my power, including paying and searching out professionals to assemble a new pc.
