Title says it, not sure why Riot never did any sort of campaign or collab with League. I saw a video from a well-intentioned FGC creator and I'm seriously at a loss. Just a simple "download and play for 2 hours and get a free skin" would have been monumental for the player base and a campaign with additional rewards would have done even more. I understand not wanting to "water-down" League by tying it to an unknown variable in 2XKO but they're both league properties. 10 years of development and a very well made very clear passion project but they couldn't do basic marketing?
