Okay so I (female Australian) work for a tutoring company on a casual basis, I’m 2 years into my biomedicine degree (and have already been sent an offer for Melbourne Uni medicine). I got a high atar & get very high uni results.

I work 6 hrs a week (no time is paid for preparation) and I get $32 AUD an hour + superannuation.

I feel like my pay isn’t high enough for what I do, considering my boss gets $100 an hour & I organise all the shifts, I use my own zoom account, do all my own organisation for it, keep records etc (which I’m required to do but not paid for).

I need advice whether I should get more for this.
