Has anyone had one before? What can I expect?

Has anyone took this daily? Not just for 5-10 days? I was prescribed this after tranexamic acid did not work. Currently on day 4 and having severe cramps and feeling lightheaded. Supposed to start my period Monday.

This is just something temporary to try while I wait to get an ultrasound and uterine biopsy to get cleared for an ablation
