What is it about Memphis that 1 out of 5 people with kids either don’t have their kids buckled or just holding them while driving? 99.9% of the time I’m a mind my business kind of person but I don’t like seeing kids put in needless danger. Does anyone know why it’s so common in Memphis vs the rest of Tennessee.
