Hey Everyone! What is your preferred Consti 1 Law Book and Why?

I tried reading Bernas because a lot of my law friends advised na if you want to really master Consti 1 then you should read Bernas.

However, sobrang haba ng bernas - he really explains the story behind it. I also feel na since 2009 pa ang latest version ay di na ito updated (I'm not sure with this though).

Any thoughts and recommendation? Is Cruz the best and easy to understand (aside from reading the cases and codal ofcourse)?
