Has anyone experienced side effects like this?

This is my first week taking it, along with berberine and P5P. I started getting symptoms that honestly scared me at first—I thought it might be heart-related—but my blood pressure and fasting blood glucose have both been normal.

Then I realized I’ve been burping constantly throughout the day, which makes me think it could just be acid reflux or heartburn.

I’ve done 5 days on and now I’m on my 2 days off. Just trying to figure out if this is normal or if anyone else has gone through something similar.
