Map Menu Lag
My Gta 5 Stutters and lags when ever i open the menu and map both, i have tried everything and i mean everything shader cache deleted, fresh installs, screen changes from borderless to full, vsync on and off both ingame and in nvidia, power modes and management, mouse input mode, fps cap and many more, but this is what i know the gpu usage before opening the menu just ingame running driving etc is at 50% average when i open the menu and the lagging starts its dips to 30% and will fluctuate between 30% and 0% and i mean really fluctuate 0 3 6 25 every percentage but mainly dips from 30 to 0 or 1-5% usage, now heres the interesting part if i flick vsync on or off doesnt matter it will fix it while in the menu at that time and the gpu will go back to normal usage 50-80% but the second i close and reopen the menu back to lagging stuttering and fluctuating. I have tried every problem solve i have found online both from reddit youtube, shit even asked chatgpt and it even told me it doesnt know. If anyone knows the problem please help me.
EDIT The VSync Temp Fix also Temp Fixes it self untill i close and reopen the menu when i change any graphic setting
