Moral Waiver

Hey all! Just wanted to see if I could get some insight from yall to see what you guys think my chance of getting a moral waiver are.

Background info, I was 19, riding my bike on a toll road ( probably about 115mph ), didn’t realize I was getting pulled over. As soon as I saw the cop I pulled over immediately, but he had told me he was following for a couple miles. Spent the night in jail.

To start. Here are the 2 “ charges “

(M) Reckless Driving 03-20-25
(F3) Evading with Vehicle 03-20-25

Starting with the felony, the DA destroyed all evidence and did not file charges on me. Case was finalized 11/26/2025. So technically there is 0 case on me for this, and I did not do any deferred deposition or anything like that.

For the misdemeanor, I did 25 hours of community service, a course called “ Alive at 25 “ which was a 6 hour zoom call, and a youth program hosted by the judge. My case manager and judge said that it isn’t actually considered a pre trial diversion, but I feel like it definitely is. But as of 03/31/26 the case is closed and dismissed.

I’m currently working with a recruiter, and they seem pretty adamant that I shouldn’t have a problem getting a waiver, but that part that’s confusing me a little bit is that she’s also saying i should still be able to get a TS ( which from what I read online doesn’t seem like I should be able to ).

Any insight ? Should I be ok?

Posting from a new account just because I want to keep my name out of it and to keep people from looking my case up.
