Looking for some advice...

So I've always found my right knee seems to want to slightly brush my top tube and is incredibly annoying and I try and compensate which causes slight knee pain when doing lots of volume. For some reason my left leg feels absolute fine and I don't have to make any micro adjustments to correct this. It almost definitely feels like this is an issue with my right foot wanting to pronate at the bottom of the pedal stroke to sit flat in my shoe and then turning my knee inwards. Feels like it naturally sits at slight angle. Having watched this video on cleat wedges (around 2 minutes in) it almost perfectly describes how it feels - https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=az24WHp25Kg

Can anyone offer any advice or suffered a similar issue. From what I can see trying some cleat wedges on my speedplays might be a good place to start before looking at custom soles. Bike fits are pretty expensive where I am so I'd prefer to try and resolve it without forking out £500 when other than this my position feels pretty good. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: That said if anyone does know of someone in London who would be good to consult. Please let me know! There are a lot to choose from!
