Job opportunity

Hello,

I'm currently a pump mechanic at an oil refinery in the Midwest, I've been doing it for about a year now but I have an offer for a pump shop out west, they are offering me more pay but it's way less overtime, I like the combination of being in the field and the shop but with this being my first mechanic job and starting from the bottom, they still are treating me like I'm green even though I've proven my ability to be able to do things on my own. This shop is night and day compared to my current role but the room for growth and improvement is there. Should I take it or stay where I'm at and hope things get better and I'm held to the standard I think I should be at? TYIA
