American men who went to school before 2010, did your school ever remove bathroom stall doors? If yes, for how long?

*Let me explain why I'm asking this question:* I was recently browsing a random thread on r/GenX, and apparently multiple American GenX men who went to school "back in the day" encountered schools where the bathroom stalls/stall doors were removed, either temporarily or permanently.

Did you ever experience it? How was it? What did you do if you really had to use the bathroom?

A new/casual user would probably prefer knowing about the GUI way of doing something.

Making a specific file executable? You can just right-click on the file, then click "Properties", click "Permissions", and then finally check the option that says "Allow executing file as program".

Updating the system? That's what the Update Manager is for.

Installing a specific package? You can search the package name in the Software Manager and install it graphically (any package).

Managing third-party repos and PPAs? Yup, you can do that graphically too. Just use the "Software Sources" app. You can also use this app to clean up unused dependencies and fix broken config.

There's more, but these are some examples.
