I have a Canon PowerShot A590 IS camera that's stopped working. I purchased it in 2020, but it wasn't new. My friend gave it to me when she returned to Bangladesh. It had some issues even back then, and I didn't have the correct charger. Now it's completely broken.
I'd like to know if it's possible to get it repaired and if anyone knows of any affordable repair shops in the Shantinagar, Bailey Road, or Basundhara areas, ideally for under 1000 taka?
If I can't get it fixed, I was thinking of selling it and buying a used camera. Are the Instagram pages that sell used cameras reliable? If I sell mine, what would be a reasonable price, and where would be a good place to sell it?
