Weird Stories of a insurance investigator

He was floating in the sea for 2 days, and the sea finally calmed it wasn’t until he realized that came to a sudden silent calm, like a pond untouched for ages. It was then he saw it, a figure in the distance, he said that he felt his eyes playing tricks on him until it grew larger and its form became clearer. He saw a figure walking on stilts.

He told me that his mind raced with confusion and just kept still, just paddling his hands like he had. Yet the figure grew larger in size, and at its peak he could see it. It was shaped like a man, but it was off, he wore no clothes, its large brow shadowed any form of a face, it bore arms and legs, yet it looked inhuman.

It paused for a moment almost as if it were inspecting him as he did, and then it continued but with each step the stilts lowered deeper into the water. His mind still played it as trick of the mind a sign that his mind had truly fallen with the sea, it only confirmed his suspicion as it neared him, its skin was molded like wood, but not made up of it, that was closer ti clay.

His mind bounced from the thought of the creature, and its description and the close eternal walk as it bore closer to him; he slowly started feel as if it were real as its shoulder came to a finger length from his. The thing bore no eyes or face but an odd of the shape of a man, the face neared his, and that was when he heard it, the few words of silent madness in that barren flat dessert of salted water.

“Don’t look down”

The thing sank into the depths after uttering the words, and in a state of panic he turned over and his eyes bore a sight between the sting of the salted sea and the dark blue depths of the sea, a shadow, and in the shadow wore 2 beams of light. He said they were in the shape of almonds, yet the light pierced into the darkness around it, like the glare of a lighthouse when it faces you.

Before he broke into a further panic attack, he said that it grew larger as he saw it, the lights and the dark shade which held them, yet then it curved, like the moon when it is lit by the sun, and then entirely gone. The last of his memory was seeing a dark shade leave the colored blue below him.

I have no more to say in the story, he was picked up by a fishing vessel later that day. I interviewed the crew and they told me they found unconcise, but when he was revived, he had begun raving in terror and said they needed to get to shore and just stayed in the middle of the boat until they got back.

The company will count the ship as a loss, and I’ll have to find a more professional way to put it in the report. If I come across any odd stories, I’ll post them her
