Hi, I just took my first tirz shot (been on sema for awhile) and was confused on dosing. My starting dose is 2.5mg and my vial is compounded 5mg/0.5mg/mL tirz with B12. The pharmacy label and my doc who prescribed the vial state 50 units on 100 unit syringe. Question is- is the dosage math correct? I keep ending up with 25 units or 50 units depending on what dosage calculator I'm using and it's stressing me out as I followed the directions from my bottle and took the 50 units. Hoping I didn't double dose on my first shot!!
