Hi guys, I'm new to blender, I want to use the rectangle inside of the cube to create a hole of that shape with the boolean tool. But when I apply the modifer, it creates a dent in the shape of that rectangle instead of a hole. The main fix I've been seeing online is applying the solidfy modifer on the big cube first before the boolean but in my case that still creates the same dent. Please help, I am lost for solutions.
