My dad co-owns a piece of land with his brother but he is sick and cannot sell the land himself. My uncle and his son know this and hence they don't sell the land themselves saying they're busy and that I cannot sell the land being a girl with a 9-7 job. My dad is very sick and the nearest good hospital is in the next district. Me and my mom want us to move there and we need money but uncle simply refuses to budge. I'm trying to figure out how to actually sell the land myself. The land is about 2.5 acres in a small town outside Indore. Any advice would be appreciated 🙏🙏
