I need help! My friend is getting married in August and I have an idea for a dress, but it’s a Nashville wedding and Nashville flair is welcome.

I’m a New Yorker so idk what the really means, I doubt I’ll be in any cowboy boots. Is this dress suitable for the dress code OR what Nashville flair recommendations do you have.
