Hey everyone! I’m looking at applying for a seasonal Food Service/Deli position at the Robertsdale, AL location.

My main goal is to eventually get a full-time position because I’m really interested in the health benefits and the 401k match. Since I'd be starting as seasonal, I’m worried that they might just let me go once the beach season traffic slows down.

For those who work at this location or in the Deli department:

•How often do they actually transition seasonal workers to permanent full-time?

•Is the Deli usually short-staffed enough that they’ll keep anyone who works hard?
