240hz laptop screen weird lines and dots

I purchased a used Omen 17.3” 1440p 240hz IPS LCD G-sync compatible laptop(i9 13900hx, Rtx 4090) recently and suddenly on one boot I freaked out noticing those blue lines on both left and right top corners of the screen. The laptop been in use only for a year (SMART stats from SSD confirms that).

Now, they actually dissipate and reappear again randomly in different flavor always on top corners, sometimes blue sometimes white, depends.

EVERYTHING was fine for few days until l tried removing bottom cover for better airflow and after l placed it on desk l booted it up and was greeted with a CMOS flush message. Well l didn’t remember touching anything other than gripping by the hea tsinks when l was putting it down.

There was also a ghost of mouse cursor at a random place as you can see on last pic

Should l be worried or this is a usual behavior with high refresh rate IPS panels nowadays? It keeps working normally mostly though

240Hz laptop screen sudden lines and dots

EDIT: Oh my god, l just came home booted it up, and right from loading Windows there was a ghost of a mouse cursor that was stuck at a random place from last session, I tried immediately setting refresh rate to 60hz and it even started flickering, okay l guess this laptop is going back to the dirty shop that sold it to me

Weird intel CPU behavior in CPU heavy based game

Here’s the deal. My laptop is a i9 13900hx, 32gb ddr5 ram, rtx 4090 gpu,

l mainly play CoD Warzone

I have a llano v12 cooling pad beneath my laptop so it cools down by around 10-15 degrees C

I opened MSI Afterburner to monitor the cpu and what I saw is overly illogical. When getting into the game or when you’re dropping from sky, cpu is at ~90-98C and power draw is around 90-100w and cpu clock at 3.5-5.1ghz, gives the most amount of FPS around 140 on avg and up to 200 but in some parts and at some time, the usage drops suddenly to even 50w or 80w or 70w with low clock speeds like 2.8ghz or 3.3ghz all this while cpu temp is only 80C or 82C,

What is going on? Why is the cpu tormenting me like this? Why the bastard can’t just run 100w so I have a stable maximum fps? I tried Intel XTU messing around with max window boost, max power boost, ThrottleStop Speedshift Epp = 0, Speedstep = Off, High performance plan, Disabling E-cores, Undervolting by small increments or up to -250mv on corr and cache and iGpu, how can I tell the bastard to just run at a fixed clock and wattage ?

Ghosting. (240hz Omen 17.3” Laptop)

EDIT: IPS LCD 240hz Omen 17.3”

This is a screenshot of a video taken with recording at slow-motion at 240fps mode on an iPhone 13 Pro while slightly shaking my mouse to create motion. Screen has 240hz G-sync enabled and also v-sync and nvidia reflex enabled in Counter Strike 2.

Is this a bad ghosting in general? The screen is very smooth and looks almost desktop grade as l used to use a 165hz 24” Omen monitor before.
