For those of you staying at the same job for a long time: what is keeping you there?
Are we just happy with decent pay, decent boss and coworkers? Or are we scared that it won’t be any better elsewhere?
I am itching for a change. The pay will not be higher, as I’m already at the top of the salary range in my area. I also already WFH. Do I just stay, put up with things that annoy me but reap the fruits of being a long term, trusted employee, get paid and live my life?
