Dissatisfied with salary / no pay rise

A bit of a rant , to be honest ...
I left my corporate EA job in 2018, and worked as a full-time Virtual Assistant from 2018-2023.
I was offered a full-time job in 2023, with one of my clients. I really like my bosses, however, I realise that my salary has remains unchanged since 2018. 😢
I get really frustrated, when I see the company on board people that get paid £25K per month. They have just onboarded two people this month; getting paid that much.
In my 3 years at the company, they have never offered me a pay rise, or bonus - and I'm doing double the work that I started off with, as my colleague left last year in January, and she was actually getting paid more than me!
I'm too scared to ask, since I work full-time from home, so I know that I'm not going to find this kind of work elsewhere, given what the markets is like. I've been looking for 8 months, and the salaries are significantly less than my current salary, and the work from home jobs are scarce, and I get rejected for 99% of my applications.
I'm wondering if anyone else in a similar situation, where they feel resentful of the situation but also scared of the difficult job market?
They also just assume that I’ll support any new Exec that joins, taking my total count to 6 soon. No pay rise or bonus in years and not asking me if I have the bandwidth for more Execs, is really antagonistic.
… I also find it really frustrating, when you buy expensive gifts for your Execs friend/wives/ book luxury holidays for their families event 5 mins - and you comparably can barely make ends meet. It's just really depressing. Also, just an additional fact (that explains why I’m anxious about asking for a payrise). The company has shrunk from 140 to 30, in the 3 years. So, I’m scared of losing my job, hence keeping resentfully quiet about my salary.
