2013 Honda Accord LX, Automatic, Mileage : 190k Kms

Whenever the weather drops to around 5 degrees or below, my car does this loud jerking sound and it's so strong it shakes the whole car.

It only ever does this in the following conditions:

1. The weather is low
2. The car is just starting up for the first time of the day
3. The car has been sitting for a long time, such as overnight.

It never does it again after I've started it up in the morning and I've been driving throughout the day.

Any one ever experience something like this??

It happened basically everyday in winter and 2 days ago when it dropped again (I'm in Canada)
