Hi!

I’ve used High5 Zero électrolytes for years — I love the taste and fizz, it’s the only thing that makes me drink enough water. The problem is it doesn’t have enough sodium.

I tried adding plain salt but it gave me nausea. I just got Re-Lyte after recommandation, love the taste but one scoop is too salty for me ...

I was thinking of doing this :

1 High5 Zero tablet + 1/4 scoop Re-Lyte in my 1.18 L Stanley.

Can i mix two different electrolytes ? I'm afraid it will be too much potassium or Chloride ...

(In one tablette of High5 Zero : Magnesium

56 mg, Potassium 70 mg, Calcium 9 mg, Sodium 250 mg )
