Choosing teams when pregnant
I’m currently 13 weeks pregnant and I want to optimise myself during pregnancy for a healthy delivery/ postpartum and avoiding severe ab separation.
Pre pregnancy I did bodybuilding style training for years so flicked between ascend, transform and evolve. Now I’m out of my first trimester sickness I’ve been doing align to focus on core/ mobility/ not lifting to max weighs.
when this series ends I’ll be 16 weeks which is when I hear you should modify core work to avoid doming. Align is full of abs and crunches so probably not ideal and I think it might be too early to switch to the prental team. Which teams have people done whilst pregnant? any advise for effective exercise during pregnancy.
