Struggling to loose weight after being skinny my whole life.

Hello! I am a 27 F 5’8 and 158 pounds. Up until I was about 24 I was pretty thin.. always weighed about 130-135. When I was 24 I got really into heavy weight lifting and also go my first desk job. Since then my weight has only been going up. My heaviest was 162. I know by no means I am obese by metric standards, but I’d to be around 150. I don’t count calories, but have been eating healthier meals and have been in a small caloric deficit for almost 2 months. I can’t loose more than 2 pounds at a time without gaining it right back immediately. I am exercising, walking, running. Getting at least 30 mins to an hour of movement a day. Yet the scale will not move. What am I doing wrong? Should I consult my doctor?

Recently I’ve been getting berated with calls from the Maine CDC, I’ve usually been at work when they call so I can’t answer. Is this happening to anyone else? This happened to me a lot before COVID 19 as well, what is going on? Is this related to the Hantavirus? What do they want?
