ive never been a fan of AI in cooking, but recently my friend has made some fantastic ribs, using a recipe only with AI. So now i’m here in the morning trying to grill ribs with mostly tips from AI, and im trying to find out if what he told me is a bunch of lies or actual good tips. (Im not so familiar with this subreddit, im using Celcius as a temperature please dont hate me)
He told me to cook the ribs on low heat, about 120 on the grill for 3 hours, after the first hour he told me to start spritzing apple vinegar, which i found kinda weird
After the 3 hours he told me to wrap it up in aluminium foil, put a bit butter and maple syrup into the foil aswell and put it back on the grill for 2 hours, after that i put it out the foil, and start glazing the ribs for 1 hour.
So is it really the right thing to do? Im still in the “phase 1” so i got time for some better, actual human tips.
(All the seasoning was made by me, and i already forgot most of it)
