Criminal Lawyers in Sindh. Does police certificate for visa show acquitted case history? Also possible to have CRO completely removed?
Someone I know, went through a criminal case but was acquitted under CrPC 249-A.
If they get a police verification certificate for visa purposes, will it show that they had a criminal case?
The lawyer did say that he had submitted the acquittal order to have the CRO status updated.
Also, is there a way to completely wipe the record from CRO? Because the judge even wrote in the order that there was no possibility or any evidence pointing towards the accused could have committed the crime. They were acquitted on the same day when the complainant was examined in front of the judge for the first time.
Shouldnt it be possible to have their CRO record completely cleared? There were even discrepancies in the complainant’s claims and story built by the IO. It was a completely bogus case.
