Hello everyone!

I have a mandatory python lessons for my studies, but unfortunately the professor isn't very good at explaining how the code works.

We were given a task to write a 5 row 2 column array that takes input from the user to fill in the number and then add an inputed separator. While I can do the array with the inputed values with no problem I have trouble with adding the separator between them. Could someone help me with that?
