Hello Everyone I was married on Jan 27th 2025. Spend 3-4 days in India and then I have to canada I went to meet my spouse in Dubai in May and then in Oct.. I want to file divorce based on 1 year separation should I have to wait till Oct or is there any way I can save some time..
I want to understand what issues I can face if I backdate my separation a bit.
Wife is in India and never came to canada. We are not communicating so I don’t know if she will challenge it or not.
Please advise.
